• Goods will only be exchanged with prior consent, if received back undamaged within 10 days of receipt, so please pack well!
• If you receive goods damaged in transit, please advise us immediately upon receipt of order to enable us to pursue a claim on your behalf with the Post Office or carrier.
• Goods are normally despatched within 3-5 working days of the receipt of your order however we reserve the right to despatch orders in strict rotation and therefore at times of increased orders please allow up to 7 days for despatch.
• 'Gold' and 'Silver' referred to in the catalogue relates to the colour of the product and does not, with exception of gold and silver leaf, indicate precious metals.
• There may be colour variances in the wood due to it being a natural product.
• Postage, shipping and processing costs are subject to increase by the Post Office / Carrier at any time. Therefore we reserve the right to amend these prices without notice.
